Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Actually the motor has~ 60K on it, just checked the paperwork.
Leading evidence: 'Check paperwork' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). I anticipate that Hurdi will use the phrase "that being said" at least four times.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Came across a turbo that I might be interested in, what do you guys see a fair price for my 4S?
2002 Basalt black over savanna with burlwood and nav, tiptronic with 114K and some 50K on the motor replaced under warranty by porsche ('05 with 997 IMS stuff). I've got all maintenance records since new and the suspension was redone last year. New rear tires/battery/flex disk and trans mount/motor mounts in the last 2 years.
Here's how this is going to go down:
1) Someone will post a ridiculously high price ($35K)
2) KrazyK will reply that the selling price will actually be $25-27k.
3) Someone else will counter with a story about how they got their 996 for $76 and a goat.
4) Hurdigurdiman will call BS and argue that the car would be worth at least $30K - but only if it was a cab.
5) The OP will never get a useful answer (certainly not from me... sorry.)
Could also amend point 4 to state that the car is certified as original idiot owned since the engine was replaced.
And I guess that since the replacement engine has 50k miles on it that it is 30k miles past its peak.
We'll leave it to Hurdi to do some research and let us of know how this affects the value.
Excellent observation, Silotwo. I anticipate that Hurdi will use the phrase "that being said" at least four times.
I left out the part about how 5chn3ll will be an attention-***** a$$, but that should be assumed.
That being said... it will be worth at least $31k if it had the "P O R S C H E" emblem on the back. Had to do it Hurdi.
Halik, my wife will give you $20k for it since she can't drive my manual.
Yeah, have a full service record from Carousel Porsche in Minneapolis. Actually the motor has~ 60K on it, just checked the paperwork. (Replaced at 49K, car has 114K)
1. check completed listings on ebay
2. check autotrader, KBB, NADA/Edmund's/etc.
3. pick a price somewhere in the MIDDLE (local sale or will you ship?)
Best of luck.
Agreed. I should show more compassion; not because it's an age thing, but because it is most likely internal damage from an improper break-in routine. My apologies.
