I had the rims repaired it only cost me 75 per wheel and I take the bill to Tire Discounters and ask them to pay it.

I had Tire Discounters recently install 4 new tires on my 996. I was hesitant so I talked to the manager at length before commiting. He said no problem he would personally oversee the job. I get my car back and all four rims were SCRATHED!!! So I was really upset. I had the rims repaired it only cost me 75 per wheel and I take the bill to Tire Discounters and ask them to pay it. About a week later they offer me a settlement of a in store credit of 100. I said no thanks because I would never let them touch anything else of mine. I thought they handled it wrong. Should have said, sure we will pay, really sorry . My advise is to go to your dealer. Wish I would have.

Sorry to hear that, some people just don't seem to understand how important cars are to people. They think a little sractch is no big deal. I think this is why I try to do all my work myself but installing tires would be a little hard to do on my own.

Sorry to hear that. I used them for tyres on my Dodge Stratus but that's about it. But I have those nice Kragen snap-on spinners, so I took them off before I gave them the car...it's my wife's daily driver
