Hi, I am new to the forum (as well as Porsche), and yesterday, I came across the following two 996s:- 1. �01 C4 with GT3 kit and wheels, 6000km, silver with black interior 2. �00 C4 20,000km, black with gray interior (costs US$7k less) The �01 C4 is extremely new and well looked after, the condition of the �00 is also quite good. I test drive only the �01 C4 and find that I can live with one of these as a daily car (currently �01 E55 AMG), and immediately fell in love with it. Is there any difference between the �00 and �01 C4? Which one should I go for? I have not considered the C2 yet. Does the AWD in the C4 make a big difference? Would be grateful for any valuable advice.

Putting 300HP to the roadbed with a 3000lb car it will always be better to use as much contact patch as possible for torque transfer to the roadbed. The 01 by all means... No prejudice here....
