Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I am a fan of all Porsche Boards especially this board, simply because it is the oldest and the originator..........
One of my other favorite Porsche boards is under attack and is being held hostage by the world's foremost internet HACKER! He has single handedly taken 6speed and is disrupting our whole community!
What was once a Porsche enthusiast safe haven has become a place where you cant speak your mind or share the common passion without fear that 6speed will be shut down by an outside intruder. One with too much time, money and a major power trip.
I'm writing as a warning to all boards.........It can happen to any of our beloved web forums
Not sure if that is part of it. The Hacker has control and can shut the board down at ANY time. It has been crazy since Sat.
Members are being ban, post deleted etc.......
Hi E.J.
While I usually (well, OK - "most times") agree with you - my view is that Red Targa18 posted this for a few reasons - "payback" certainly not being one of them... For that - in running a site the size of Rennlist - it's daunting enough just to keep it operating day to day without any extraneous issues - and I'd know - as I cause most of the extraneous issues on Rennlist..
Red Targa18 - thanks for your post, and you are welcome on any Forum, I'm sure. For that - I'm more then certain you are welcome anytime on Rennlist, as well!
To those in the US - have a terrific Thanksgiving..!
John D.
It's a pity when the freedom of speech gets violated. Forums are about expressing one's opinion and when you aren't allowed to question certain activities, a big part of the joy of forums has been lost. But I'm sure everything will be just fine.
I believe the problem they are having is with NEW MEMBER ACCOUNTS. New members can't seem to reply to any post, they are only able to communicate via NEW POST.....
I'm sure they'll get it right again....

Hey John, what comes around goes around. I dont even know what is going on over there, nor do I care. But it just proves that what comes around, goes around and lots of times the better mousetrap ends up being a piece of crap.
Happy Thanksgiving to you too and to all. Especially to our soldiers overseas who make Thanksgiving in the US possible.

6speed isn't my favorite board, but it's very sad to see how kimble took over. He quickly deleted my post when I asked how he became a moderator, and we then exchanged a few PM. Since then, I can't post there anymore... I hope the guys really running 6speed will regain control very soon.

With all due respect, these boards are members-only, privately owned and operated. The 1st Ammendment does not apply outside of public and/or government arenas.

Maybe it's just me, but I like 6speed for my Carrera. I feel this board is without a doubt better for my 951. I just jump back and forth alot... kinda a PITA
OK some serious SH*T it goin down @ 6speed....this is really freaky. Everytime someone mentions *imble's name, something bad happens!
I'm gonna lay low and invite my 2 best friends to hang out with me: Mr. Smith & Mr. Wesson.
Genius? I think not.
Fluffy Bunny defaced Kimble's own site. I repeat. Two bit hack. A blind man with one finger could probably "hack" better. Apologies in advance to any blind men with one finger.
I have had 2 threads deleted when the topic asked specifically if ADMIN would explain what is going on. Obviously, the ADMIN are gone and don't care or out of the loop (forced). I emailed Shank and hopefully he can clear some of it up.
I dont think Shank is going to be able to help you. F*ck Kimble, it is funny, I would hate to be a paying sponser of the site, BTW- it is $1600 a year and I was about to fork over money.

Legally, yes. Morally, i'de certainly hope not. I personally do not see why there is any reason to opress peaceful, opinionated speech, in a forum, or in public.
You're not the only one to have doubts about this genius:

Trojan man, of course I don't mean it in a legal sense, but rather as the above suggests, in the moral sense. Even forums should be able to have democratic values and freedom of speech, even though the moderators can do as they wish. As long as you aren't attacking any members/companies, then you should be able to say what you want (to a certain degree of course). It would be ridiculous if every post that said that AMG or Ferrari's are better than Porsches would be deleted. The democratic values should permeate the society at every level, be it an internet discussion board or a newspaper.
I used to lke that board, now it's shifted to a weirdness factor and also got a little ricey. More bondo and less track seem to be the order of the day.
Yes, tough times continue over there...But let's put the blame where the blame is due...Kimble. The 'sponsor' of the Ultimate Rally...He is bad news, plain and simple.
