Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Leading evidence: 'Check carefully' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Check carefully' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. I'm not impressed but they advise that the repair will be perfectly safe and completely invisible.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Car goes into OPC for service, tyres warranty items etc.
Several days after I get it back I notice that the locking wheel nut key is not where I left it. So I call the OPC and some arrogant twit informs me that they couldn't possibly have forgotten to replace the key and suggested three or four places I should look on the car. I check all of these and, you guessed it, no key.
So I call back. - The OPC then admits that they probably did forget to replace the key, in fact they have found three keys in the mechanic's toolbox but they are not sure which is mine. - So they arrange to send me all three.
Three keys arrive and, guess what ? - None of them fit.
So I phone OPC again, they say they will have to arrange for someone to come out to me to establish which key mine has to order a replacement.
Next day, A21 in the dark I get a puncture in the brand new rear tyre. - A large bolt or screw was sticking out of the tread. Obviously I was unable to remove the wheel, due to no key, so I have no option but to drive on approximately 1.5 miles to a place of relative safety. Driving this distance damaged the alloy wheel. - The head of the bolt / screw took a chunk out of the rim of the wheel. When I got to a safe place to wait I called the Porche Assistance number.
I must say at this juncture that the service received from Porsche Assistance was first class. - As the wheel could not be removed they sent a special recovery truck that sort of folded flat, got the car on board and took it back to the OPC. A taxi was called and paid for, to get me and my contracts manager home. The next day a Mercedes C240 loaner arrived, which I still have.
The following day I speak to the OPC's service department. I tell them that I accept that the puncture is a complete accident but that all the consequences thereafter are due to their original failure to return my key. I therefore hold them responsible for the cost of the replacement alloy which was damaged.
The OPC accept responsinility but advise they are going to repair my wheel rather than replace it. I'm not impressed but they advise that the repair will be perfectly safe and completely invisible. - I will check carefully when I get the car back.
Anyway all this happens on Friday. - The service adviser says my car will be back sometime Tuesday (today) and that he will keep in touch. - I hear nothing for the rest of Friday, Saturday or Monday. I wait in all morning today and finally call the OPC at lunchtime when I find the adviser (who was going to keep in touch) is on holiday. After two further telephone calls I'm advised that my car will be back sometime before 5.30.
At no point in these proceedings has anyone offered any appology for the original error or for my inconvenience or the fact that I have been left completely in the dark over the return time of my car today.
I consider myself to be a resonable person, my company sometimes has customer service problems so I realise how difficult they can be, but an I alone in thinking that this level of service is unacceptable ?? Whenever I call the service department I can never get straight through to an adviser, they NEVER call back first time and still call the wrong number (office v home) despite having confirmed the correct numbers three times previously.
I am a very unhappy customer at present, I'll update this thread once my car is returened.

Sounds familiar. I took mine to the dealer for new rear tires, when I get it home I notice my rear wheel lugs have been replaced(I had silver ones w/ wheel locks, now they are rusty black w/o locks).
It's been a circus to get the dealer to even admit the problem and get my car fixed.
