Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I received my PSS9's, and opened up the box.. uh oh, there are no spanner wrenches to adjust the spring perches... I thought they were supposed to come w/ them... anyone know where I can get a set? Anyone know the size in case I have to buy them 3rd party? I have heard that the Bilstein spanner wrenches are 'weak"?

POST 2Original post

Call Bilstein they will sell you a pair $20-30 from memory.

POST 4Original post

I've used the rubber strap type wrench from Lowes. Surprisingly good as long as you are not working against 1000 lb. springs. On another note I got my set of PSS9's and they had the wrenches. However there wre no rear upper gaskets. I called Bisltein and the first guy said everything was in the box. Asked to talk to one of the tech guys for an additional question and when I told him I did not receive the gaskets he sent a set out to me. Might want to ask for the wrenches.

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

uh-oh, I dont know if I got these gaskets either, are they packaged seprately? what should I look for to make sure I got them? The rear coilovers have a big metal ring at the top of them....

POST 7Original post

You can't do without the wenches, 'cuz when you get really horny..... er, wait a minute... oh, crap, you said WRENCHES..... well, never mind!
