Hello, My car just turned 100K miles, and my steering does not feel tight/precise anymore. While driving on the high way, I would move the steering wheel by about 10 degrees left and right, and the car still goes straight. I had my mechanic replace front tie rods & front control arms, and redo the alignment, but it did not solve the problem. I am also hearing rattling sound from rear suspension whenever I go over rough road. I still have the original shocks and sway bars. Could they be the reason - time to replace them? If so, is there anything else I should replace while getting the work done? Should I do the rear control arms at the same time? Thanks!

I had the same symptoms after the retards at Gulf Performance lifted my car incorrectly and blew out the bushings. Now I am waiting the ten business days for a right LCA to arrive from Germany. The left is on the way from a domestic source. Oh yeah, the car now goes to a new shop.
