Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.

0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.

Suggestion

Don't do my own oil changes or any mechnical work anymore but, if I did, it would take at least 20 oil changes (labor only) to make up the cost and I only do oil changes 1x/yr.

Suggestion

That would be 4 years of oil changes on my 5 cars; the jack won't work on my F250 (too high).

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Finally pulled the trigger on a quick jack. $1099 from Home Depot, $1200 with pinch blocks for the other cars plus the hangers. About a $400 savings for those considering it. Hope it works on the lowered 911.

POST 2Original post

Tempted but the 7k# set up w/SUV adapters, wedge blocks and hangers would cost me about $1700 (including tax). Don't do my own oil changes or any mechnical work anymore but, if I did, it would take at least 20 oil changes (labor only) to make up the cost and I only do oil changes 1x/yr. That would be 4 years of oil changes on my 5 cars; the jack won't work on my F250 (too high). So, not worth it on a cost comparison basis to me but they would be "cool" to have for wheel/tire changes, which is the only thing that I'd use them for. But, I'll think about it . . .

POST 3Original post

I just ordered the 7K version I hope its not too much taller than the 5K everyone else gets. I'm on stock suspension so I should have the clearance.... I hope
