Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

This may seem off topic, but I have an internship lined up in Bedminster, NJ this summer for 3 months. I have found an apartment in Somerset, NJ called Somerset Park Apartments that offers short term housing arrangements at a reasonable price. I was just wondering if anyone know the area well enough to know if it is an acceptable area and safe. The address is 201 Pickering Place, Somerset, NJ 08873 Thanks in advance! Tim

Make sure your will and life insurance are current. You might be close to Marc.

POST 3Original post

the first link came out from googling the address. http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate...rset-Park.html

POST 4Original post

the area is fine..very suburban. That said, its a good 35 minutes from bedminster. Have you looked at the Avalon Bay Community in Florham park. Its 10 minutes closer, and its near morristown, which has a bit of night life. Not sure what your price range is, but I loved the avalon building I lived in.

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks Quadcammer. I will check them out as well. Unfortunatley being in AZ I'm going into this blind with regard to accomodations. Everywhere seems to want around $3-4k per month for a short term lease (3mos), and Somerset Park is willing to charge me their regular going rate of $1230/mo plus a one time $350 fee for short term. But as with many things, I am concerned I am getting what I'm paying for. The sole review online as PL listed is not very encouraging.

POST 6Original post

I personally live just east of somerset I've heard nothing but good things about it good luck. Wait AZ to NJ are you mad?

POST 7 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

At this point it's just for 3 months. It's a really great internship with AT&T, and does not mean I would be there permanently. Do you guys have any Porsche owners events in the area? I'm going to have some extra time on the weekends.

POST 8Original post

check out nnjr-pca for some local events.. Lots of RL'ers live in NJ.. the rest are either jealous they don't live there or were smart enough to get out

POST 10Original post

The commute to Bedminster from 201 Pickering Place, Somerset, NJ 08873 is going to be ugly. From Florham Park can be back roads through nice country. When I worked at Bell-labs Whippany. We used: http://www.hotelplanner.com/Hotels/9...-10-East-07981 for interns. It would be a better commute NNJR is the largest PCA region in US. Very active. There are also other sports car type events. Like the Chatham "C&C" every two weeks. "As we mentioned in our kick off email in prior years, C&C is completely casual and informal. Just a bunch of car guys getting together on a Saturday/Sunday morning. No cost to you except for what you want to spend at the local shops Please feel to invite others who might enjoy our gatherings. The details (please read as there are a few changes): Location: Parking lot of the Woodland Bakery, 650 Shunpike Road, Chatham, NJ 07928 A few requests: 1) Please do not park in the first row of parking spaces on the right as you enter the parking lot 2) Please obey all posted parking signs and, especially, leave any handicapped spots open for those who may need them; 3) Please do not lay down any rubber when leaving the parking lot! Time: 8:30 - 11:00AM (We have noticed that parking lot now starts to fill up with shoppers after 11AM; a fixed end time will hopefully reduce crowding for both groups).
