Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.
Discussions that suspect a cause

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Suspected cause
Probably the reason most, if not all of us, find ourselves on this forum.
Leading evidence: 'reason most, if not all of us, find ourselves' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, the most frequently mentioned possible cause is 'reason most, if not all of us, find ourselves' (1 discussions; 0 report identifying it and 1 suggest it). The most frequently discussed action is 'Use period correct parts and style' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

Suggestion
So there's def a market for someone that wants an old school customized 911 using period correct parts and style.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I am a fan of his pure passion for these cars.
Probably the reason most, if not all of us, find ourselves on this forum.
His styling and mods are a little off for my tastes and I haven't yet put my finger on what niche he is trying to establish in the 911 world, as compared to Singer.
To each, his own. We need more passionate people making their dreams happen!
To me, Singer is in a different market. I think Magnus is trying to achieve period correct custom Porsche tuning without the latest composite materials and tech. His last Porsche that sold at auction really surprised me(and others) by selling for over double the estimate at $302k. So there's def a market for someone that wants an old school customized 911 using period correct parts and style.
From what I've seen it doesn't look like Magnus is really going after a particular "market". His market is what he likes. He's making things that appeal to him. When they appeal to others that's a nice coincidence. At least that's similar to what he described in the original video....I don't know if things have changed.
Magnus' cars are a raw, outlaw, lightweight focused interpretation of what passionate 911 tuner can do. Anyone who likes aircooled 911s can appreciate that. I like em' all of course. Nonmatching hoods and gold magnesium wheels... bring it.
Singer? man don't get me started...
He builds cars to his liking, not to please the purists. More power too him I say.
Last I heard he was looking for a water cooled car for a project and I can't wait to see what he comes up with!
I think a guy like Magnus is good for the porsche world, breaks the stereotypes many people have for the brand.
Ya think?
He's what we need more of and more of what's missing these days. It's called car "customizing" for a reason. Too many people these days are assimilated into "the Borg" always following the current fad/trend or asking for group approval from forums like these. Another reason why I can also appreciate tuners like RWB, it's not to everyone's liking but it is car customizing. Or even LB Performance that has done some exotics. Here's one:
Magnus makes most of his money from marketing (stickers, clothing, etc.), rather than from the cars. He doesn't sell a lot of the cars and doesn't build them for people. He buys cars, modifies them as he sees fit, and occasionally sells them if he feels like it.
I agree but to be reslistic, he knows its a lot easier to sell a couple vehicles here and there to fund the few cars he likes to add to his collection.
