The wraps are off my 3.6 > 3.8 rebuild following an IMS incident last summer. Fast and quiet. I just did 800 miles +\- from Philly to ATL. My problem is that I fed my only spare quart of oil on the way down, and I have to get back. Two questions for the forum: 1. Can I find Gibbs oil in Hot Lanta during the holiday weekend? 2. If not, and assuming it is less bad to mix oils than to drive back with low oil, what should I use to top off? Thanks for any responses. What a great country we have here. Let's not ?$&; it up, huh?

I know you can buy it at Summit Racing south of Atlanta in McDonnough, GA. Not sure how far south exactly. Maybe an hour drive?

I couldn't find DT40 in ATL when I did Road Atlanta the other month. I just had to mix oil (XP5) to get back home and then did a full oil change when I got home. I "thought" I had enough DT40, but didn't. I had plenty of XP5. Live and learn.

Rosella T6 5w-40 would be a good substitute. Mobil 1 would be acceptable too. Any Walmart should carry those two.
