Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I am about to do my front sway bar and I need to remove the front plastic undertray. I see multiple metal clips that I assume that I have to remove. Do I just take a small screwdriver to them in the middle and pop off? I noticed some sort of latch on the end of the clip, do I start there? (PS: Installing the coilovers were straight forward. A little bit of a pain in some spots, but shockingly easy to do. This is my third car of installing a suspension, you would think I would learn it is a pain in the neck by now! lol).

POST 2Original post

I would use a flat blade screwdriver towards one end and twist/pry. I also learned to keep many new extra plastic nuts and metal clips on hand to use when needed. They are cheap, so just order some spares if your planning on taking the panels off as often as I did.
