I really like the look of the Factory turbo twists that come in solid and hollow spoke. On my other car I have two sets of HRE Wheels. One set is a 3 piece set that is lighter than the single piece set. The car feels more nimble and I feel accelerates a bit faster with the lighter 3 piece set.
Is this difference noticeable in the Factory Hollow spoke Turbo twist wheels in comparison to the solid spoke wheels?
I have both and for my type of driving (cruising....no DE's or anything like that) I have not noticed a difference. Of course, someone who drives more aggressively may have a different experience.
I have both types unmounted in storage. Unfortunately, on set has tires mounted and the other is without tires so I can't weigh them to make a comparison. If anyone is interested in either set let me know. I need to get rid of them. They are not pristine but good for track. In terms of the cost for a pristine set of either, I bought a pristine set of hollow spoke a couple of years ago for $3000. Non hollow spoke pristine set would be closer to $1k. Big difference
I have hollow spoke Turbo twists on my Turbo. Keep in mind the width & offset is much different than the solid spoke. Hollow spoke are 8x18 et50 and 11x18 et45, ie, widebody fitment. I can't speak to the weight other than saying I was impressed by how much lighter they were, than I had thought they'd be.
I believe there is/was a 993 hollow spoke turbo twist as well. Not sure of dimensions or fitment of those and they are probably silly expensive now.
I'me sure there is a difference. I'm also sure that it's much greater in your mind (ie. just knowing that they are/aren't hollow) than in the reality of the driving experience. If you're racing competitively then by all means, save every ounce possible - otherwise, relax and enjoy the ride
hell yes. At Laguna, the response is noticable on the hollow spokes. I have 2 sets of hollow spokes and the OE 4s set. I don't think i've used the OE solid spokes for over 15 years.

One would think 5#'s per wheel would be noticeable on the street, as well. Unsprung weight changes should affect the "feel" of the car even in normal street driving. Not sure if it would be worth the premium $$ increase though. I had hoped my 4S would have hollows...no such luck.
If you opt for the hollows, your wallet will be light enough to make, at least, 10 more ponies. Or keep the solid twists and buy a light set of “funnerer” Apex or OZ wheels, with nice rubber, for almost the difference.
I just picked up a set of turbo hollow spokes painted basalt black from the factory. One of my 4s rims had a pretty bad bend and I opted to see what the used market looked like for OEM turbo rims before fixing. I lucked out on a set for around $1k cad. I believe the difference is about 5lbs per rim which I think is substantial especially when rolling. Haven't put them on yet as I have to break down the old tires (from 2008!) first.
A quick way to tell if your car has the hollow spokes vs solid is that the valve stem will be metal on hollow and rubber/plastic on solid.
The 413 is called the "Turbo Look" wheel and has a 993 part number, the 415 is called the "Turbo Look 2" wheel and has a 996 part number, but they look the same to me and both are solid spoke..
FWIW, the rear 18� hollow turbo twist wheels at 11� wide weigh about 27lbs where the Fronts weigh in around 21lbs
A bunch of extra wheels came with my car and I have a throne of them in an extra bedroom. I�ve been slowly shipping them so I think I�m fairly close on those weights.
