Anyone used these guys before, and how was your experience?
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Been talking to Mark over at Autoworks Colorado about an engine rebuild on my 996. He quoted me at 9k-15.5k for a rebuild with a three year warranty. A bit pricier than UFO and 9xx in California but I don't have to ship it.
Anyone used these guys before, and how was your experience?
Did they do a rebuild for you ? Wheat Ridge is actually a little closer to me than Littleton and they're offering a 3 year warranty also. I'm e-mailing them for more details.
I didn't have an engine rebuild there. I've had lots of work done on my cars there in the past, but nothing that big. They did do a nice job rebuilding my front differential on my C4S a few years ago...
Right on, hopefully they send an e-mail back this week and I can talk with them further. It's a mid-March project (waiting to sign a new contract at work) so I still have a little time.
Not sure how close they are to you, but AR Design in Denver does some very nice work. A friend of mine, Critter, is a fabricator there and the random cars they build/work on is very impressive. They might be worth an inquiry.
Well Big Up to Dennis for forwarding me over to 3zero3. Been chatting with Max and Scott over there for the past week and I think this is the sort of mechanic that I'm used to dealing with. I'm gonna drop my 996 off in a couple weeks and hopefully form a bond of trust that will continue into the future. I'll create a new thread with pictures throughout the tear down and rebuild.
