Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Any idea what's its purpose ???
Please note that switching it produces no noticeable effect...
Thanks by advance.
So, what on your car is aftermarket? Radar? Power up an Amp? There's a thread about bypassing some relay that makes the cooling fans on the engine run full time so on really hot days you don't have to wait for it to kick on. Fog lamps?
Anyone else want to chime in along those lines?
It's the passenger seat eject button! It could also serve as a self destruct button for when you start to hear a "marbles in a can" sound from the engine. Or maybe it's an electrical cut off for the DME so you can clear those pesky CEL's while on the move. Actually....I have no idea.
Weird, I could have sworn I'd seen that exact same photo before. Turns out it was just a very similar one...
