Hey guys, I have a 2000 911 cabriolet and I really like the later model spoke wheels, such as the 997S or Turbo... can you guys tell me which 911 wheels i have to choose from? or is the 996 turbo twist the only other ones? thanks!

Check out www.wheelenhancement.com . They have all the specific Porsche rims. If you click on a particular one there are links at the bottom that show the rims on various models and the 996 is typically one of them. Most important thing will be the offsets. Dennis C posted this on an earlier thread regarding recommended offsets for 18 inch rims. I just put 18 inch Carrera IIIs on my 996 and had no problems with 235/40ZR18 fronts and 285/35ZR18 rears. 7.5x18 RO 52 front, 10x18 RO 65 rear - 8x18 RO 50 front, 10x18 RO 65 rear - 8x18 RO 50 front, 11x18 RO 63 rear

I was in the same place last year. I ended up going with the 18" Carrera II's (Carrera 5-spoke) because I didn't want to go to a 19" wheel, and of the 18" factory options, I liked the Carrera II the best. With a little patience, I found a set on e-bay.

I have the 997.1 wheels, I believe from a C2S as they are 11" wide in the rear. Rears fit without spacers, but require a little inner fender modifications. a 5mm spacer would also work if you did not want to cut some of the plastic away. Fronts work without spacers, but look better with 12-15mm. Not sure if the 997.2 changed offsets at all.
