Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

First full day driving my 03 4s with the following items completed: 997 GT3 Shifter replacing original stock New Injectors New Coil-Packs UAOS After 34,000 miles in 2+ years I didn't think my car could feel any better but boy was I wrong. The shifter upgrade reinvigorates my love of a manual, it is smooth and easy and feels shorter even though I'm not sure it actually is. I know I didn't become better at shifting overnight but this upgrade makes it seem that I did, that's the easiest way for me to describe it. Overall the car seems to me to drive smoother and quieter, and shift much smoother and quieter. Can new injectors and coil packs be felt by the driver or am I imagining this new smoothness?

Did you feel additional downforce or HP with that new Turbo lip spoiler? haha

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Having zero miles behind the wheel of a C2 I’ve always pushed my 4s and never gave a thought to whether I was near the edge of losing the rear end. 18 year old car that still feels like its on rails. Turbo lip I imagine can only add some nominal downforce, Porsche must have the data somewhere, why else would they have made it stock for the tt?
