Currently shopping for a set of coilovers for my 04 C4S. it seems the Ohlins R&T are slated for a 2022 release after they get their recall problem sorted. the Ohlins come in at $3400 Canadian roughly, what are some good options outside of the Ohlins. The plan is for street and lapping days. looking forward to some opinions. Cheers.

I just installed the Ohlins R&T and the other 2 options I considered were Feal Suspension and Fortune Auto. Both can build you a custom set up and most importantly, and just like the Ohlins, feature independent height and preload adjustment.

Nice, thanks for the opinions. Speaking on JRZ options, there are a used set of RS2�s near me. I would say by looking at the pictures they could use a rebuild. Is there a point where coilovers are not rebuildable?

I'd assume that's something only the manufacturer can best answer. I believe a rebuild will include new seals and etc, however, if there are any cracks in the shock body that would cause a leak that would be the point where they are dead.
