Does such a thing exist? Is there a 4S style front lip spoiler that fits a narrow body carrera? If not can you fit the 4S lip to a narrow body without much of an issue? Appreciate any input.

I believe the fronts are all the same width, it’s the rears that are different (narrow vs wide).

I have my old C4S lip I could send you if you want to cover shipping. It's only good for test fitting as it's pretty beat up, I could also cut it in half to save on shipping. The attachment points are perfectly fine.
