Suggestion

If you suspect previous front end damage, check the bonnet still has the factory options sticker, it's something body shops don't replace when a car is repaired so can be a good indicator if that's what your looking for, I don't think you will find a vin on the wings maybe a factory part number?

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

He means front fenders. A lot of people outside of the good ol USA call them wings. Just like they call hoods bonnets and what we call convertible tops they call hoods.

I'm not sure where about a this is though sorry , you may not see it without removal of the wing.

Thanks. I am trying to rule out front end paintwork/damage. OEM hood sticker is there. It seems the screws holding the front fenders/wings may have been moved for fender adjustment. Not sure if that's from the factory or some work had been done.
