i posted pictures of the green pieces in the oil filter, which I suspect cane from the variocam actuator seal.

Before doing an IMS bearing install, I'd recommend having the engine prequalified before forking over the money.

Thoughts? I ran 2 track days with this oil. The car consumes almost zero oil i posted pictures of the green pieces in the oil filter, which I suspect cane from the variocam actuator seal. Car has records of new IMS 10k miles ago I�m bringing it in to my local shop for engine out work, including LN IMS and various other maintenance items. Any thoughts on the oil assessment though? Difficult in that I only have 1 data point since I bought the car in March 2020
