Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I also asked Jake about it and hes not a fan as he feels it disrupts the additive package in DT40 (which is what I use).

So I bought one and put in with the fresh oil change I did using the same brand.

Yes, I have done oil analysis on every change which includes some before I started using Ceratec and after.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I purchased this product Lubro Moly mos2. Is it wort the money and does of do any good?
Sorry guys I was having some difficulty with my texring that day.I do apologize.
Feeling much better today know that I have some fresh souls to burn.
I saw this stuff at AutoZone and I know the brand is good quality. I was actually surprised to see it. So I bought one and put in with the fresh oil change I did using the same brand.
I need to get rid of this filter setup. They really suck. The longer I own this car the more ways I can see that you can destroy it yourself which has happened more than once I am sure.
Thanks
I think OP might have suffered a stroke at the end there.
Haven't used MOS2, but do run Ceratec. I know several people that swear by it and claim it's the one snake oil that isn't snake oil. I don't know of any true scientific studies on it (haven't looked to be honest) so the advice is mostly anecdotal. The $20 might be worth the placebo effect
It's an anti-friction additive, we use to use it for all oil changes at the shop I worked out. It's relatively cheap and in general liqui moly seems to have good products.
Your last change on what car? You posted two weeks ago saying you will be lurking as you learn about these cars, oh and you forewarned us that you won't be searching for any advice.
I also use Ceratec as Im a fan of LubriMoly products and have been using with good result for 20+ years in my BMWs. No concrete data to report as to if its of any use in the 996, but havent gotten any solid data as to why I shouldnt, so why not.
You might be better off starting a new thread on this subject. The OP, even if serious, is certainly inept.

thanks.. I did some searches and the info is very limited to be honest.. threads drift hard away from the topic ... As to LN, I feel they're trying to push their own brand of oil (Driven) .. fair enough, but Liqui Molly isn't STP or Slick 50... and apart from German threads that are hard to translate, there really isn't much in the US about them that isn't just lumping them in with the rest of the snake oil brands.

Yes - LN will push the brands of oil they sell. Why wouldn't they?
As for the last part, if this stuff were the fountain of youth for your engine, there would be real data to show it. Wouldn't you think?
My opinion; and it's just that - use the right oil and change it on a strict schedule.
not scientific but this pretty much shows the same thing I am observing with the cooler temps... and this guy does an amazing job testing all kinds of other things if you surf his channel.

I watched that yesterday. Seems somewhat inconclusive to me. The biggest worry I would have is how it interacts with the additive package of my oil. I am personally not willing to take that chance.
