Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Leading evidence: 'Check ban 2 cams' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Check ban 2 cams' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

If those are all correct, check sensor signals and connections.

I tried replacing the CPS to see if that's an issue because I don't get a fuel pump prime when I put the key to start the car.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I redid the timing after a rebuild and i messed up with the rotate 360* between timing each banks. so after i figured that out i rotated the 4-6 bank.
Car wont fire up but it is cranking faster than it did with the wrong previous timing. Can the timing be backwards where i should have rotated the 1-3 bank instead.
I did the 4-6 bank due to ease of rotating that side instead of the 1-3 bank. if there isn't a wrong way as long as the banks are opposite of each other i'll start looking for another reason it isn't starting.
Did it fire up before you fixed 4-6?
I made the same mistake. But it did run before I fixed it. Very rough but running.
I rotated 4-6 like you because it's easier to get at. Worked perfectly after that.
Mine was a 3.4. Shouldn't be any different tho.
As long as the timing events are 180* from each other, and both have the same correlation to crank position, you can’t go wrong.
Post a video of it trying to start.
Did you install the cams in the proper location? They are marked per bank.
Sounds like you might want to buy my cam timing episode of the Focus on M9X Engine Assembly
I dont think i see the tach needle move much. I tried replacing the CPS to see if that's an issue because I don't get a fuel pump prime when I put the key to start the car.
When I put on the durametric is get some signal from the tach... like 66 then goes error when cranking. I can run the fuel pump with durametric as well.
There were no codes in there except 9110 DME control unit in the gauge cluster section. Anyone have ideas?
I have never mistimed an engine, but I have had engines that failed to start. When the head scratching has stopped, I always go back to basics and stopped throwing guesses at it.
Is there compression in all cylinders?
Is there gas?
Is there spark?
There is always air.
When those are all there, then you move to is cam timing correct.
Bring engine to Number 1 TDC, check bank 1 cams
Bring engine to Number 4 TDC, check ban 2 cams
If those are all correct, check sensor signals and connections.
