Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Does running the wider rims screw up the AWD, PSM or ABS?

After looking for a while, I picked up a complete set with new tires.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Nice pickup. These wheels fit perfectly. How did you find this set?? Im hunting for a set of track wheels for my 235/315 Nittos. These would be perfect if i could locate em. Especially if they are hollow spokes... Good job!
Stock C4S wheels are solid (ridged behind the spokes). I snagged a set of Turbo hollows 5 years ago (smooth behind the spokes) for 1200 with tires. Approx 5 lbs lighter per wheel. Dell is correct, 1st year 996TT had solids too.
Yes, got the 315's on the rear. Just bolt on, no spacers or fitment issues. Got them over the winter from a guy in Oregon, I knew they only come up for sale once in a while, and these had brand new Kuhmos mounted. Had to jump on them. I love the twist style, and to be able to go with 12's on the rear was just perfect. Also, with the additional 1/2 inch on the front as well, the stance is really nice. If you can find them, highly recommended
I thought the 12" were solids.... since they are stronger than the hollows and the gt2's put more power down to the wheels... and the 05 gt2 were gt3 look wheels.
I thought from the descriptions I read on the GT2 wheels they were hollowed out for weight savings. If you can find some documentation please point me to them. I wouldn't want a solid 12" rear. These cars already weigh a ton!
And no, I don't want them. I need another set of wheel like I need a hole in my head!
Does running the wider rims screw up the AWD, PSM or ABS?
Thinking of getting some new wheels and was wondering how wide I could go in front/back before the electronics complain...
Doesn't screw it up as it is the diameter of the tire that is measured. However, with the extra weight (bigger tires and solid spokes versus the hollows), you will definitely see a decrease in performance.
