Two days of driving around. Here is the original list of options:
18" alloys
Wheel Caps with Colored Crest (just wondering - what would have been in the wheel openings if this "option" had not been ordered?)

MSRP: $93,875.
All 4 tires are over 6 years old. Fronts are '04, rears are '06. None are down to the wear bars yet. The ultra low profile tires (40 front, 30 rear) generate a whole lot of noise. Nice to have some CDs in the Bose System.
Here is my near term "to-do" list:
-brake fluid flush
-check alkaline state of coolant - replace if necessary
-replace plugs - check coil packs while in there
-replace serpentine belt
-replace air filter - if it appears dirty
Man is this car a gas! So much smoother and refined than my '95 Cab. My '95 did not have the variocam that the '96-'98's had. Wow does this engine "light up" when it hits 4k rpm.

Your options list seems pretty typical from what I have seen. Good usable options.
Sticker on my C4 Cab was $95,990 and was optioned very similarly with the exception of the added Tiptronic.
As far as the Metropol Blue top being listed as an option, the original owner could also have ordered it with a black top, a grey top, etc. Blue being the most common of course.

Replace your cabin filter also. Don't be surprised if critters have made a nest there. It seems to be a critter magnet, like the top of the oil cooler on air-cooled engines.
The stock wheel caps are black on grey. Same crest, just not color.
Oh, and I would give serious consideration to new tires. The rubber hardens over time, which compromises handling in a big way.
