Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

crack cocaine???
sorry, could not resist
Might be residue from condensation, look at this link for an example of many similar threads:

Looks like the typical foam that's from condensation (produced by shorter drives, when sustained temperatures are insufficient to evaporate) that has dried to a crusty consistency. Inspect carefully for intermix (just to be extra safe - unlikely). Doubtful any real reason for concern.
Now that we're getting into the warmer weather, the filler tube "Mayo/Crack Cocaine" should disappear until the weather gets cold again (i.e. - it's condensation...it won't happen when the filler tube is warm...)

Yeah that "Mayo/Crack Cocaine" can be a dookie starter for a lot of newbies. Myself included when I first came across it. I practically shart in my pants.
