Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

As you guys know I had this issue with blown master fuse probably because of me replacing the ignition lock electrical part.

What exactly did you replace the ignition switch electrical part with?

If it does it again I will replace the ignition switch part with one with correct part numbers.

Once the engine starts it should disengage unless it is stuck....or....remember that you turn your ignition key to start but then it springs back to the run position, which kills the power to the starter, Since your problems have been centered on the ignition switch, I think you have to go back to it.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

As you guys know I had this issue with blown master fuse probably because of me replacing the ignition lock electrical part. Now after few test runs a new problem: Car starts but starter motor stays engaged. Turning the key does't necessarily kill the engine first time, but few ons and offs will kill it. Next start is OK.
Which one could be the problem, new ignition lock part I just replaced or faulty starter solenoid? What happens to ECU if I have to pull out battery cable to shut her down?
The starter staying engaged after the engine starts is prossibly a bad bendix. Once the starter motor spins the bendix gear flies out and engages into the flywheel gear. Once the engine starts it should disengage unless it is stuck....or....remember that you turn your ignition key to start but then it springs back to the run position, which kills the power to the starter, Since your problems have been centered on the ignition switch, I think you have to go back to it. What exactly did you replace the ignition switch electrical part with? We can help you check if you got the right part number for your car. And nothing happens to the ECU if the battery cable is disconnected. It does reset to default values but a short drive fixes that.
When doing any electrical work on your car, always disconnect the negative lead on the battery!
Ignition lock/electrical part. Last thing touched is always suspect. That a master fuse got blown as part of this replacement raises all kinds of concerns.
Sort of reads like when you release the key from its start position the switch doesn't get the message. That you have to cycle the key a few times to stop the engine just adds to the suspicion the ignition lock/electrical part is bad.
You should not disconnect the battery with the engine running. You need to get the cause of the starter staying engaged addressed so the engine starts correctly and once started the starter correctly disengages and last but not least when you turn the ignition key to the off position the engine stops running.
Car starts OK now after yesterday morning. If it does it again I will replace the ignition switch part with one with correct part numbers. I don't know if it is because switch has been used for some time now, looks to me like it ...
