The shocks are a bit different too...so yeah you could use your existing shocks but it's so much trouble to take it apart I would put something new in there.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

10 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I just need the springs, guys, no shocks or sways etc.

POST 3Original post

So sorry about the springs Knfeparty... I took them apart last night and tossed the shocks & springs in the dumpster! Still have the sway bars.....

POST 4Original post

Will those drop a 40th AE any? Can I use existing shocks and swaybars?

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

The short story is that the springs are different between US and RoW 40ths, but the swaybars aren't. The shocks are a bit different too...so yeah you could use your existing shocks but it's so much trouble to take it apart I would put something new in there. CW, at least now you know why the car didn't handle right! I think I am probably going to stick with the US m030 springs I have to stay legal in SCCA A Stock.

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Saw the ones on ebay, part # 996.343.531.11.504 Pelican parts advertises that number as being for MkI 996s though.

POST 7Original post

I have stock springs off 04 Carrera 4S. I dont know if they are considered sport or not.

POST 8 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I don't know either...but I don't think they will fit my car. Thanks anyways. I think I am giving up at this point and just going to stick with the US m030 springs that are on the car.

POST 9Original post

The 4s standard would have heavier springs & longer then the M030 kit.

POST 10Original post

Have friend w/ row m030 shocks and springs for sale. Not sure about sway bars. They have about 1000 miles, so basically new. He decided on ps10 instead. Send me a pm. Today 01:23 AM
