Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

23 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 2Original post

fantastic! did you put the wheels in the oven to bake at all?

POST 4Original post

Looks great. I would consider getting something like Cquartz Dlux or Cquartz 3.0 and coat the wheels, it will last longer than wax, and now will be the easiest time to do it. I have Opti-Coat Pro+ on mine and they are a breeze to clean.

POST 6Original post

please post up pics when you get them back on the car I painted one of my wheels to match my car and been wanting to do the rest (GT Silver) it's quite a bit darker than the Wurth German offering also where did you purchase the paint ? https://www.automotivetouchup.com

Hi Jyoteen, Good to see your name again. You were my first HPDE instructor at an Audi club event at NJMP. I guess I can blame you for my addiction.

POST 8Original post

These look great - nice work! I cant believe you found these in a field. I second the suggestion to ceramic coat these. Ive used Avalon King Armor Shield 9 on my BMW with great results. Ill be using it on my twists when I get them refinished. Also think about Akebono brake pads. They work well and are waaaay less mess than Textars.

POST 11Original post

Man, nice work! I wish you had a few "before" pictures.

POST 13Original post

How are you putting them back together and compensating for run out? Are you using any type of alignment tool?

Check out Detailed Image, I believe they are in upstate NY and the stuff that they have on their site is going to be reputable. You should get it the next day being in RI.
