Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

At 65K miles, I replaced the original front and rear rotors, sensors, and (second set) pads.
Leading evidence: 'Replace original front and rear rotors, sensors, and (second' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Replace original front and rear rotors, sensors, and (second' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

I've used a lot of their parts and wouldn't hesitate to do so in the future.

For light duty use maybe OK - but probably more prone to warping and other heat related issues.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hi there, I searched this topic but did not come up with much. Will be doing a brake job soon and was wondering if anyone has experience with Meyle Rotors.....they seem way too cheap in terms of price. This is for a daily driver 996 C2 that sees spirited driving....no track use.
Otherwise will go with Sebro most likely. Any information would help. Thanks!
Never heard of them. Since my OE Porsche rotors (front) lasted me 127,000 miles, when I replaced them I went with OE Porsche rotors. My thinking was - they lasted that long they must be damn good..and..I'm not going to experiment or second guess on something like my front brakes. To me the $ spent over some unknown brand of rotor is worth the peace of mind. Price you pay for being in the club....
I consider myself a shrewd buyer wherever possible. I went with Sebro for my rotors. As DBJoe996 suggests. Not very wise to second guess on our cars especially in the handling department.
Meyle is one of the biggest OEM producers in Europe. I've used a lot of their parts and wouldn't hesitate to do so in the future.
However when it comes to things like brake rotors or pads, it seems like everyone has their favorites.
At 65K miles, I replaced the original front and rear rotors, sensors, and (second set) pads. My choice was Textar (rotors) and Pagid (pads), and I'm very pleased with the results. I probably could have driven another 5-8K before replacing them. But I'm an "abundance of caution" guy when it comes to critical systems maintenance.
FYI-Textar, Pagid, Sebro, and Mintex (and probably some others) are all owned by the same parent company. My parts were all manu'd. in Germany, but they have plants in several countries.

They are a German supplier - but at this price I'd also guess the rotors come from china and some short cuts are taken on the metallurgy - unless manufacturer can say different. For light duty use maybe OK - but probably more prone to warping and other heat related issues. Why skimp on something as important as brakes ? I also went with Sebro rotors - good german quality and OE supplier. No issues on road and track.
