Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

A new fitted car cover from California Car Covers, an original dealer 996 cab poster, a die cast 911 cab model, and the gf got me a framed print of the original patent submitted for the 911 when it was first designed.

Sometimes I wish filling gas in Jersey was DIY so that I could admire it more often.

No I am talking about the IPD plenum and GT3 TB (Suncoast has a set for just under $1k, 83 mm TB, IPD 'competition Plenum' and the air intake mod) supposedly 30 hp gain or something like that.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

She asked me to send her some links to certain things I might want, but I bought them all. There is nothing left other than maybe PSS10's, or some random interior trim piece I want to reupholster. The last little thing I bought was the silver gas cap and really love it. Sometimes I wish filling gas in Jersey was DIY so that I could admire it more often.
Bumper Plugs
Full leather interior transplant from wrecked 996
New shifter and boot
Bluetooth connection for CDR 220
Going to be a busy few first weeks of 2015...
For my birthday (earlier this week) mine got some H&R springs. I believe for Christmas she might also be getting some goodies from rennline and a new meatball for the track. Sent from my iPad using Rennlist
I assume you mean the ohlins
Lots of write ups on here about the IPD plenum
Haven't pulled the trigger yet on the coilovers but will post results if I do
No I am talking about the IPD plenum and GT3 TB (Suncoast has a set for just under $1k, 83 mm TB, IPD 'competition Plenum' and the air intake mod) supposedly 30 hp gain or something like that. I haven't searched on here at all about IPD, but this is the first I've seen on the 996 board. The 955 TT has a few mentions on it.
The bumperplug bumperettes were packaged really well. Smelled of fresh paint. BTW - they charged my wife a $300 core deposit. Seems a little steep, but regardless the core's are going back today. Very easy to install. Cleaned, clayed and waxed the area before reinstalling.
The SSK shifter was a bit easier than expected. It took a few hours at most on and off during the day. I plan on driving it today, but from just playing around switching gears it should be awesome!
Got a lot. A new fitted car cover from California Car Covers, an original dealer 996 cab poster, a die cast 911 cab model, and the gf got me a framed print of the original patent submitted for the 911 when it was first designed.
Looks great on the bumper covers. Nice upgrade. Do you need that green plastic thing to install the SSK? I just bought a 997 turbo regular shifter from ebay, going to replace it when I do my center console in the upcoming weeks. I can't believe I need the plastic piece, but I read on at least one auction description that it is required.
Just mounted the intake and throttle body
Haven't driven yet
Took about an hour
Trickiest bit is the plenum
It's a tight fit
I got mine from sharkwerks
Main reason I got it was for the supposed smoothing of the mid and upper range
I don't believe it'll add 30hp as advertised but I'm sure it'll add a bit
Especially when you compare it to the stock plenum
82mm throttle body should help a bit too
Ill post pics later
My wife got me 7mm and 15mm spacers from ECS tuning, my in-laws got me some Optimum and Einszett detailing products, and my brother-in-law got me the 101 projects book. Not a bad haul, if you ask me!
My family actually listens. Been bitching about headlights not matching. Got a new one on one side after hit a deer. Spent the last year trying to polish the yellow out so they would match. Could not do it and decided to live with it. Then this shows up under the tree
My wife listened as well and the FVD deep sump kit has been authorized. Will order on Jan 5 when FVD reopens. I have been waiting a long time for this mod.
..if that is Mrs. Gator in your profile photo, I'll take Mrs. Gator under the tree.......
....Oh and gifts to me from me are Weather Tech mats and O.Z Alleggerita's with winter sneakers. Will have photos after the 12/29 appointment for install and alignment!
Santa brought her a folding rennline tow hook, nice new meatball with my #119, iSimple Bluetooth kit and a 996 t-shirt for the driver. Also scored enough Christmas and birthday cash for the H&R spring install and alignment. Not a bad haul!

The GT3 console delete kit gets rid of the 'pod' next to your right leg. I'll also move climate controls to the position above the radio. I'll loose cup-holders and CD storage but I'll gain legroom.
i got me a nice GoPro Hero 4 Silver! I just went out and shot my first vid but it was mtn biking and not driving.
i ordered up the dash mount yesterday to take driving vids. beats holding up the iphone or a camera...
I just picked up my first P-Car last week.
2002 996TT w/ 44K miles. Seal gray, full black leather interior.
Crazy garage layout, but that's part of the deal with a 90 year old San Francisco house...
IMO, 82mm is just too big and really nothing to be gained from a otherwise stock heads/cams as those would be the bottleneck at that point.
I went with the standard IPD port matched to the 77mm bored TB.
Definitely not 30hp for sure as I knew that going in but definitely more smoother and at least a few hp.
I definitely didn't loose power with the 82mm TB and IPD comp intake
Didn't gain 30hp either
But it seems to have enhanced my existing mods of tubi headers and mufflers and fabspeed 200 cell cats and carbon intake
I have crisper throttle response and it has a bit more immediate power delivery
Definitely more pull but only in the top revs
According to my butt dyno
