My heated mirrors and rear window do not work. The 30A fuse blows instantly and loudly when the switch is actuated. I unplugged the connector to the rear window wires. No change. I removed the door mirrors individually. The passenger mirror is 60 Ohms and no short between the connector and the mirror connector spades. Same for the driver mirror except it is 20 Ohms. My ohmeter may be off a bit so the absolute numbers are not exact. The wiring diagram shows all 3 heaters are wired together near the relay which makes troubleshooting harder. Are the wires going to the rear window prone to shorting? Maybe it's time to replace the relay. I can drive the car fine without the heaters but everything else on the car works properly.

Do a resistance check from the rear window plug to ground. You'll probably find a dead short. Then go to the relay and pull the wire there and check the resistance after pulling the wire. If it's not on the wire, it's upstream, shouldn't be hard to find and repair. It is doubtful that it is the relay.
