Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

31 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 13Original post

I walk into a Porsche dealership to pickup my oil filler tube. There is a gentleman in front of me with a sweater tied around his neck. The Porsche parts employee comes out and sees the man at the counter and greets him professionally. The sweater man inquires about a "distressed" cap he had seen in a magazine... The employee looks at man confused... He answers with, distressed ? The two continue their conversation to clarify what...exactly qualifies as a "distressed" cap... This takes.... a long time. I look down at my pants... I had been working on, under and around the car for a day - my pants used to be tan - they're now... not tan. They're....distressed. I wonder if there is a market for them ?
