Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I'm still surprised that Porsche peeps still use wheel locks these days.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I've been eyeing the Andros black 5-spoke wheels for some time at Tire Rack. My current wheels have two bent rims (3rd time in 18 months) due to crappy IN roads. Anyone have a set? How have they held up? TC

POST 2Original post

Found this (not very helpful) post from last year: https://rennlist.com/forums/993-foru...ning-them.html Why not just fix the current ones? My local guy does it for about $100 each.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Got the wheels. Now, the locking lug nut won't fit (or at least the key). Would any local source besides the dealership have them? I can get them on Pelican for $7.50/per. TC

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Devious--I've had my eye on these wheels since I bought the car so, the bent rims are more of an excuse than a reason. My guy does them for about the same cost which works out to about half the cost of the new rims. TC

POST 5Original post

I'm still surprised that Porsche peeps still use wheel locks these days. Honduhs/Acura's with a more universal 4x100 and 4x114 bolt patterns I can understand. Also thanks to the Stance crowd, I can understand Bentley owners using them too.
