Suggestion

Check a little further to the right of that black plastic...and maybe clean that area well with a wash cloth and some degreaser and water.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Related to the thread i started, is the hose going in the small hole? see picture this is why i dont get any liquid to the windshield

POST 2Original post

take a picture from a little further back. my C2 doesn't have windshield washers, but where that other hose is coming from seems to be another "nipple" where my windshield hose came off and was easily reattached. Check a little further to the right of that black plastic...and maybe clean that area well with a wash cloth and some degreaser and water.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

the hose has a routing in the plastic itself and goes all the way to the top, i havnt seen any nipple to get the hose in, i will check again tomorrow

POST 4Original post

Not quite sure what I'm looking at. We need a wider view. That looks more like a drainage hose...

POST 5Original post

Seb, Didn't you just buy this car? Who did the PPI for you? While these are not major issues, they should all have been noted during the inspection.

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

i will take another shot, i will see if i push the lever if washer comes out from that tube or not

POST 7 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

update, the hose coming from the 2 jets is not connecting to the hose that i posted, is there a t in between to connect both hoses? cause i dont know how they can connect to each other without it

POST 8Original post

I just had to reattach my windshield washer hose again this weekend. just like I posted earlier, there should be a hose nipple that the loose hose in your picture attaches to. the nipple may be a bit farther up on that picture you took, hidden by the fender liner. I used a small tie wrap and a spring clamp to hold that sucker in place.
