Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

12 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi i am considering purchasing either a C4s or Turbo. 2004 or 2005.. Its been quite a while since my Last 911 so I would appreciate some pricing advice. ideally I would like to find something with 30k miles or less. What is a fair price to pay for a good clean car thanks Ike

POST 2Original post

Less than 30K miles, hard to find. My guess, C4s - 31K Turbo - 36K Find the last Panorama and look in the classifieds section.

POST 3Original post

i dont think u'll find a turbo for $36k, think closer to $50k. c4s with low mileage 30k-35k range is my guestimate. there's a 2005 turbo s on bringatrailer ending in 90 minutes, take a look.

POST 4Original post

I think for a C4s coupe 31-33K and close to 50K for turbo with those miles.

POST 5Original post

not to hijack this thread but amazing how many 996 c4s owners on this forum from NJ, including myself. we should start our own PCA/NJ sub-chapter.

Or at least a meet here and there.

POST 8Original post

Manual or Tiptronic? Makes a difference - huge difference for Turbos.

I was talking about manuals. Tips should be at least 10% lower.
