Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hey guys I have a 00 C2 Tip. When I hit bumps (not always) I get a funny noise mainly when the the passenger tire hits the bump where it sounds as if something is loose. I check both sides of the car and did not notice anything wrong (no wiggle movement in tires -when jacked up). After shaking the front end, It seemed as if the noise came from the center of the car, under the battery area. Any suggestions? The battery is bolted down. Thanks!

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Loren, I put a ratchet to the top of strut and attempted to tighten, but seemed good and tight. As for front sway bar, is it located under the car? Where to tightned? Thanks!
