Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Suggestion
You may be riding lower than the x74 settings, or your suspension maybe be running too soft allowing too much movement.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I have 996 Tiptronic. I just installed PSS9 and set the height exactly as x74 suspension. It is very low lower then my standard suspension (euro model) plus H&R springs. I can not put even one finger between fenders (front or rears).
Problems that I have is that during normal driving with moderate speeds I hear some squeaks in front suspension. Is this normal? When is wet outside it goes away but after some driving it come backs. During the suspension installment I installed the rubber upper piece form my old suspension so the spring is not moving around. This is not this sound.
Also with the X74 ride height on bumpy road I can hear front tires touching fenders. Is this again normal or PSS9 should not be lowered that much? It seems that when tires are touching the fenders the suspension is not on it bump stops.
Last question PSS9 have two springs: shorter one down and longer up the strut. Do you some how adjust them? There is some adjustments but I don’t know which way it should be adjusted. Here in Poland no one know this suspensions.
I am running the x74 suspension and I have never rubbed the fenders or hit the bump stops. I have around 1 1/2 finger gap between the wheel and the fender. You may be riding lower than the x74 settings, or your suspension maybe be running too soft allowing too much movement.
Here is the ride height in the front with x74
The wheels on my avatar are winter wheels. For summer I am using Turbo twists. I just measured my suspension. Front is 63,0cm/25,15 inch, Rear 65,6cm/25.8ich. Shocks are set: Front 8, Rear 6. I will try to make some pictures tommorow.
Did you install the stock thrust bearing that sits between the rubber isolator and the camber plate? If not, the spring will bind when turning and cause strange noises.
The thin flat spring is just a helper and is normally fully compressed. It expands when you lift the car so that the springs stay in their pockets as the struts extend.

Sounds like the front is a bit too low! I have PSS9 on my C4S and I followed the gT3 Ride height of 65cm and it works well on track, no rubbing at all. If you need help in Portland, try Rennsport Systems.

Raise it up a bit and the sound should go away. I had the some noise when going over bumps when I first installed them. I have mine set at being able to put a finger between the tire and fender.
