Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Before I wreck something, I thought I would ask first. Is there any trick to taking out the interior trim in the rear of the vehicle? Do they just "pop out?" or do you need special tools. Anything to watch out for? I am replacing some parts and investigating how to create my own subwoofer enclosure. Just in case you were wondering what I am doing...

POST 2Original post

The "shelf" behind the rear seats just pulls out for access to the suspension top mounts. Give it a firm pull in the middle.

POST 3Original post

What he said ^ Please clarify something for me. Did you mean.... Stupid Newbie with a Question, or.... Newbie with a Stupid Question? Just kidding! Welcome to Rennlist!

POST 4Original post

So you are looking for a little bass. Good move to dive in and seek answers to questions. As you may know, in a PCar helpful hints on things as simple how to remove fastners, goes a long way. Regards,

POST 5Original post

Also, let us know what you do to accomplish this audiophilic void. We could all use a little more bass!

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks guys. Does it really matter if I am stupid or the question is stupid? I think that is one of those chicken or the egg things. Either way it is stupid. Haven't decided what I am going to do, but I will pull everything out anyway to check it out. Will update if anything comes of it...

POST 7Original post

I've been kicking around the cheap and simple idea of tossing a basic powered bass tube behind the rear seats. Haven't got any further than idle speculation over the Crutchfield catalogue, though.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
