I just found the source, its the ignition switch that has space lack, if I move the key 2mm to the left everything works. Is it hard to change the ignition switch by yourself? Thanks Regards // Norbert

Norbert - do a search on "ignition" because this has been covered a few times. Porsche sells the entire mechanism now, instead of just the switch itself. However, guys have reported that just the switch is available at a VW dealer for a LOT less money. There are a couple of threads that have a DIY for changing out the switch.
