Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I'm sure he will enjoy it if he gets time to check us out , as he commented that he was thinking of a 997 but after all he had done to his car(mods) , he is going to keep it awhile.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I pulled up to the pumps next to a really nice looking 996 Friday night and talked to the driver for a few about our cars. Before he left, I asked him if he knew about Rennlist. He did not, but he does now! I'm sure he will enjoy it if he gets time to check us out , as he commented that he was thinking of a 997 but after all he had done to his car(mods) , he is going to keep it awhile.
Do y'all pass on the Rennlist word ????
I pass rennlist.com's name along all the time (and often at gas stations, like your situation). I am a member of PCA, but I've never had the time to make a meeting. Rennlist is more of a "club" to me thank anything else. I have gone on BMW and MBZ forums and nothing compares to this site. The technology is the same, but the people here make all the difference.
Ditto! My brother and brother-in-law are on board now and previously my father before he dumped the P-car and went to the MB-car. I am constantly sending them funny photos, links, etc in case they miss them. I also tell damn near anyone that wants to listen the beauty of the site. A MUST for any PORSCHE owner.
I pass the word on when the opportunity arises. Attempted to pass the word on just last Saturday night but got kind of a blank stare in return. Also asked if he had done any mods to his 2000 996 c2 coupe (bought last year) and got another blank stare. I threw out the short shifter, 3 spoke wheel, ROW030 suspension, nothing. It made the conversation a little short.
Actually I first heard of Rennlist from my colleague at work who is a member and also owns a nice 944T (w/ many Mods). I immediately registered to Rennlist when I bought my first Pcar, my current '00 996 cab. Anyway this is a great forum and so far I have learned so much about my car, worth every penny. I will definitely recommend to any Pcar owners/enthusiasts if he/she does not know about this forum yet.
Cheers,
I found rennlist when I asked a dealer about carseats, and he emailed me a link to an advert here! =)
I've talked it up a bit since then, and I'm sure I will continue. I haven't bought my car yet, but y'all have been incredibly helpful in my education and decision process.
