The picture above is cropped from one of the vids... I was at a dealer this weekend and the salesrep was playing stupid about the 997. He also didn't know what I was ref to when I said "RMS problems??" I'm going to wait for the 997 since they will be using the turbo 3.8 block hopefully... PK

Patrick. Don't think that the salesman was "playing" stupid. When shopping for my 993 I asked at 3 dealerships if they had "pre owned" 993's in stock and the salesperson did not know what I meant. I mean, come on, a 993 is only 5 years old and surely they must come in on trade. It seems that they dump them off on high end independants but to not know the internal model designation. I was dissapointed to say the least. The pic of the 997 looks good, good and wide. Jamie

Just my opinions: In 1988 Jaguar replaces the XJ6, one of the most beautiful sedans of all time, with the ugly new XJ6 in 1998, Porsche replaced the classic 993 with the unattractive first generation 996 a few years BMW came out with the new 7 series (ugly) the new Audi's have an edsel front end etc, just because the 997 is new, does not mean it will be better looking. I do not regret buying a 2004 C4S

I prefer the look of the fronte end look of the 99 996 than the upgraded look. However, the widebody C4s is sweet. Maybe I'll get a C4s and convert the front back to a 99!!!! Just kidding
