Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

For me also prob impossible. My local dealer told me;
1. No Porsche's have auto wipers, then
2. So few have them that he didn't even know was possible, then
3. Need new windshield, so much too expensive to install.
Do you see a pattern developing here? I would like it but now so curious to see if install is reasonable and scratching my head (small dandruff issue) wondering why he wouldn't just ask his service people instead of keep BS and lose sale (and customer) over small item.
Thanks Alfie
I wouldn't decide on a car over a rain sensor. My 2001 C2 is in the shop and I'm driving a Cayenne S as a loaner. It has the rain sensing wipers and it's absolutely no better than the variable intermittent feature that 911s all have.
Personally I'd like a dimming rear view mirror, but not the rain sensor; my C2 has neither but I can get over it.
C.
Hi Alfie,
I know the '99 is gone, but how long long is the "certified" warranty good for on the '99? Do you have any others coming in? I'm very interested.
regards,
J, all of the cars listed in the sale are sold, so I'll have to get John to un-sticky the post. Send me an email or PM with what you would like to find in a car, and I will keep my eye out for you.
