Heyas, Just curious if anyone ever heard of a moonroof option for the 996? I like the Targa, but was curious if the standard coupe sunroof could be converted to moonroof aftermarket? Thanks, Dek

Personally if I could find someone competent to do it my 01 C4 would be converted to T-top.

it is probably technically possible, but it would be a real bad idea. i would just buy a targa.

I know I know Buy the targa, but $10k more for an enlarged moonroof?? Come on... I guess I just have to test drive one. And why would it be a bad idea to replace the standard small sunroof with a tempered glass moonroof? I dont see it being that technically difficult.

if you bought a coupe, and had someone make the sunroof into a moonroof, you would have a car that would be near impossible to sell.
