Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

21 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

So I finally had my GT3 bumper installed. It's subtle, but changes the look of the car ever so slightly. It was a crappy day, when the weather gets better I'll try and take better pictures.

POST 5Original post

Looks great... After I added the Aero to my '00 cab it made me wonder why Porsche dosne't add this to all their 996's as a default. They just look so much better with than without. Very nice !! Phattey...

POST 6Original post

Wow, the aero kit and the bumper do make the C2 look much better. Very nice! That E-Class to the left in the second pic looks like it needs a little help

POST 7Original post

Is this a quote from Leave it to Beaver? Too funny... Car looks great, love the new front end..

POST 8Original post

Looks great Kirby, I'll keep an eye out for you. Have you used up your Santa coupons?

POST 9Original post

In the previous GT3 body kit, Porsche says that you shouldn't install the front bumper without the rear wing and vice-versa. Something about the downforce balance of the car. Does this apply to the new GT3 body kit?

POST 10 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

AC, it's a topic that's been talked about before on this board. I think it's only bad if you go over a certain speed.

POST 12 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

ok, reminder to self....stay below 120mph on the streets and freeways until I can get a GT3 wing.

POST 13Original post

.......AS IF....! I drive faster than you in my TRUCK Your Car ...........LOOKS GREAT .....!

POST 14 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

wow, that is a BIG avitar Senna. I'll drop by your work later today when I pick up the car.

POST 15Original post

kirby, cool nose. now the with it and install the boot.

POST 17 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

John, If I can find a great deal on the wing like I did the bumper I'd buy it. Thanks for the kind words everyone!

POST 18Original post

Well you just cost me some money, I've been pretty happy with my C2 until I saw those pics. Did you buy the nose and have it painted by a third party or was it done by the dealer?

POST 19Original post

Great nose, Kirby. Very cool and distinctive. I agree, now the tail is looking a little light. A new wing for Christmas?

POST 20 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Jim, the bumper is Porsche OEM and I had Shawn at EMC (Local bodyshop here) paint and install. Longhorn, yup I think a wing is needed.

POST 21Original post

Kirby, Looks great. Nice to have a feature that distinguishes yours from many others. Going to do anything to the interior? Regards
