Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

The dealer did a pressure test last year, couldn't find anything.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

This seemed to have started from last year but never actually been able to spot where it came from until tonight.
From time to time there would be a small wet patch on the cardboard box under the car which smelled like coolant. The dealer did a pressure test last year, couldn't find anything.
Spotted another small patch tonight, did some investigation and found a couple of drips on the area circled in green in the picture below. Put my hand on the surrounding area leading to drip point and can feel dampness.
Is this the onset of AOS going south or something else?
Note that it is not dripping all the time but a couple of drops of coolant and that seems to be all.
Do you have a jack and jackstands? If you jack the car at the left rear jacking point and remove the left rear wheel, you can get a pretty good view of the AOS and the hoses attached to it. There should be tell tale signs of wet coolant or white dry crust if the leak is from there.
That's a good idea, I'll have to give that a try, as well as trying to take the oil cap off while the engine is running.
I don't think it's smoking that badly as in the video, @kromdom. It's just passed the yearly government inspection, and if it's that bad I think the garage would let me know (hopefully).
