I'm sure it's a nice change from the pitting and discoloring you had before and it looks nice against White.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I went back to 18" rims from the 19's I had on there. It does ride a tiny bit better but I love the look of these 5 spoke wheels on the car.
I took the car to a guy that advertised on Craigslist that tints headlights. Mine were looking tired, still clear but getting a little yellow cast on them and lots of little rock chips. He dry sanded them way down, took them into the spray booth, removed the rubber trim, taped off and covered everything.
He shot them with 2 coats of clear to fill in the rock chips then added black paint to the clear and shot them 2 coats of a tinted clear coat.
They look fantastic, like new only different. I do not see any difference at all with the amount of light being projected. I have an HID kit in there with 5300 bulbs, the same color as factory HID lights, no blue at all. What do you think?
Car looks sharp, but I advise against using HID bulbs in free form headlights. When I see people on the road that do that (a lot of people do it here) it bugs the hell out of me. Your blinding oncoming drivers, and your headlight design is not meant for the light output that a HId provides, you're just shooting light everywhere, which I'm sure you notice; freeway overpass signs, all the way up into the tops of trees. It's like running with your high beams on constantly.
I got mind here:

Simple and inexpensive!
.......as for the headlights.
I like the "smoked" effect. It reminds me of a light tint face shield on a helmet. I'm sure it's a nice change from the pitting and discoloring you had before and it looks nice against White. Thumbs up!
Factory HID bulbs are 4,300 K. This color temperature is roughly the same as natural sunlight. This temperature was chosen because the human eye has evolved to provide optimum performance in this color temperature range.
The higher you go in the color temperature spectrum, the more blue and purple color you see. Unfortunately the human eye doesn't do well with blue light. You may have noticed that the lights to mark the steps in a dark movie theater are blue. This is because blue light doesn't distract viewers from the film. You may also notice that lots of people trip on the steps. Why do they trip? They trip because they have no depth perception with the blue lights. It always makes me laugh when I see a ricer car with "fake HID" blue headlights. They are practically useless at night, especially in rain or fog (proper fog lights are yellow for a reason!). At 5,300 K, you shouldn't have too many issues. That's not a drastic departure from OE HID lights, but you might notice reduced visibility in adverse conditions, especially when you consider the tinted headlight lenses.
The other thing to consider, as mentioned above, is that retrofitted HID kits are typically designed for projector assemblies, but they are often installed in reflector assemblies. This can result in some unusual beam patterns that dazzle oncoming traffic. Retrofitted kits also do not have self-leveling functionality, which can magnify this problem.
Good luck with the modified headlights. I hope they perform reasonably well for you.
The wheels look great!
