With wife and dog, golden Retreiver, 2001 C4 vs '95 LS400.... LS400, 270K, nice, quiet, comfortable drive. C4, 25K, rear tire noise intrusive... Thick coat of spray can undercoating in both rear wheelwells...still.... Went through 3 sets, brands of tires, to find the quietest only to find they are ALL noisy post ~8-10,000 miles

Put your C4 on the trailer, have wife tow it with LS400. Sit in the C4 with your retriever and enjoy the quiet ride? Doesn't look like your Porsche gets used anyway (25k miles in 12 years, come on), so towing it around with lexus can't hurt. You still sit in the Porsche, it is quiet, it gets no miles added to it...perfect solution.
