I have just finished installing GT3 takeoffs onto my 1999 C2 Cab. The set I purchased did not have the upper adjustable strut mounts. I was told I could reuse my stock 99 C2 Strut Mounts. This link says it is required. What are some of the concerns with using the stock strut C2 mounts on GT3 coilovers? They seem to fit just fine. I did notice I could not use the GT3 front drop links as they interfered with the stock Knuckle that houses the stock drop link. I am currently using the stock drop links and stock front sway bar. I am noticing a spring noise when I turn the wheel left to right. I am not sure if this is Sway bar binding due to the new height of the car or something to do with the stock upper strut mount. The rear GT3 sway bar with GT3 drop links bolted right up and works perfectly. REcap questions - 1. Any issues using sock C2 upper Strut mounts with GT3 coilovers? 2.
