Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

WOW I get extremely proud of ppl when they arent afraid to drive their cars year round. I mean with the winter mostly being cold (snow and wet roads take up maybe 20% of winter) there are plently of opprtunitues to drive.
This is coming from a guy who used to be in the import performance business where everyone loved to store their 1992 Honda Civics LOL
I have had Blizzaks, Dunlops, and Pirelli snows. They all work although I prefer the Blizzaks. There is absolutely no reason not to drive a Porsche through the winter. Yes, you might get dinged and yes, it tends to get dirty, but with snows they go better than most cars when the weather gets bad. The mere fact of running dedicated snow tires gives you a significant improvement over anything with all seasons.
Yep
Blizzaks are awesome. The LM22s aren't as good as the Blizzak WS50s on my wifes minivan but they do work well even on ice (within reason). PSM and 4wd helps a lot also.
I also recommend Blizzaks. I had them on my Clk55 and now on my C4. No complaints at all - they have done a great job on my daily driver in Chicago Winters.
Be warned the Blizzaks wear out pretty quick and make for a bit of road noise. Make sure you take them off before the roads get warm. Id probably go back to the Michelin Pilot Alpin PA2s when I put Winter tires back on my C4. (Year round driver in Minnesota, so she sees the white stuff a fair bit of the year)
When I did my homework for snow tires on my last car, it seemed that the Blizzaks would do better if your area is always in snow/ice. The Dunlop M3s didn't stick as well in deep snow/ice but did much better in "normal" driving conditions where it's a typical winter day with not much snow on the ground and is just very cold. Over here in NJ, most the time the roads are cleaned already so I felt the M3s were a better choice. IMO either way you can't go wrong...tirerack would know best though!
The Blizzak and Dunlop M2/M3 have basically the exact same handling characteristics on dry pavement, snow, ice, etc. Both are excellent tires and you can't go wrong with either.
